Sarah O’Neill was born and raised in Rochester, NY until 2009 when she relocated to   Knoxville, TN, where she now lives with her   husband and son. She began working in medical   records at the age of 18     when she joined a team that helped medical offices move   from   paper records to electronic medical records. She eventually was in charge of overseeing the   successful implementation of       electronic records in many offices across upstate NY. She has   worked in multiple fields, including primary care,  orthopedics, and     mental health. Sarah   joined our team in January 2020.
