Donna Carlton, BSN, RN, CCM, CMCN, Life Care Planner
Donna Carlton is a Life Care Planner and Certified Case Manager with extensive experience in catastrophic injury management, disability management, life care planning, and workers compensation case management. Donna has been a certified case manager (CCM) for twenty-one years.
Donna is an aggressive, initiative-taking, organized, cost effective, and highly experienced case manager. She has many years of expertise with both catastrophic and non-catastrophic injuries and illnesses and has established a positive working relationship with many attorneys, adjusters and employers over the years, with private companies, as well as county and state governments. She also has excellent relationships with many of the physicians in her coverage area, along with their support staff.
Donna completes onsite job analyses, home assessments, does medical file reviews, and telephonic claims in Tennessee and the compact states. She also does Long-term Medical Cost Estimates, and soon will be a Certified Life Care Planner. Donna has extensive knowledge with many medical conditions ranging from simple orthopedic injuries to complex medical and multi-body part injuries, to amputations, brain injuries, and respiratory issues.
Donna lives outside of Knoxville, Tennessee with her husband and daughter, and has a son who is serving in the U.S. Marine Corp. In her leisure time Donna enjoys outings with her family, taking walks, and spoiling her menagerie of pets. Donna is active in her church and works with preschool and elementary school aged children teaching children’s church.
